PRICES

Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Use the XE Currency Calculator to convert to another currency.

CHANGES

The Baby Collection reserves the right to change any information, product design or prices at any time without notice.

DELIVERY TIME

The Baby Collection undertakes to deliver your order as promptly as possible. For New Zealand orders please allow 1-5 working days once your order has been confirmed by email. In rural areas this will take longer. A courier charge of $5.00 NZD will be calculated automatically through the checkout system. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to hospitals or maternity centres so we delivery to a home address only.

Australia and South Pacific Overseas Postage and Handling Prices

Orders are delivered by Airmail and please allow up to 10 workings days for delivery.
A postal charge of $8.00 NZD will be calculated automatically through the checkout system.

Rest of the World Overseas Postage and Handling Prices

International Deliveries are by Airmail, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. A postal charge of $12.00 NZD will be calculated automatically through the checkout system. If you have not received your order within the time frame above then please email info@thebabycollection.co.nz

Overseas Import Taxes

The Baby Collection is not liable for any import taxes that may apply to the delivery of your order.

RETURNED AND REFUNDS

All items must be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund. Customers are asked to email The Baby Collection with their name, full address and contact details along with the reason why the item is being returned. Returned items must be unused and unwashed with all the original tickets/labels attached.

With the exception of faulty goods we cannot refund postage. We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow our washing instructions carefully.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on this website. However as the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
